A big congratulations goes out to Emily Ahlin, Gabrielle Arsua, Loren Hughes, Tyler Hollatz, Sarah Lagpacan, Alex Turner, Armani Williams, Jesus Lopez, Connor Wooten, Mikayla Ehrsam, and Karina Dotson.  They represented Escobedo Middle School with dignity and valor at the JV Quiz competition this past weekend.  Escobedo defeated Cortney M.S. by a score of 100 to 65.   Then when they appeared to loose to Findlay, Coach Shedrow and Coach Phillips challenged 2 questions.  The challenges were won and forced an overtime with Findlay.  Unfortunately, Escobedo could not keep the momentum and were defeated by Findlay in overtime.  Escobedo finished 5th out of 20 teams in its division.  Congratulations on a great season!
