 Homework Club will meet in room 726 today after school.

Cheerleaders, please meet in the cafeteria right after school today for our end of the year festivities.  Please be sure you have a ride home at 3:30pm.

The last day for the recycling club to meet will be today after school.

The Tennis Balls for Donuts race is on!  Bring in used tennis balls to your science teacher, and the class that can bring in the most will get donuts.  The last day to bring tennis balls will be Wednesday, May 28^th.

Do you owe any books to the library?  On Tuesday, May 27^th, the library will generate notices to any students with lost or damaged textbooks.  Students must pay Ms. Adele for lost or damaged textbooks/equipment prior to June 4, 2008.  Please note that registration information or schedules for next school year will not be given until all charges due to the school are paid. 

AVHS Band Announces COLOR GUARD TRY-OUTS for the 2008-2009 school year.  Students selected will perform with the band at Football and Pep events, in competition and travel to Los Angeles, CA and Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL this coming fall! Both male and female students are welcome to audition!  Interested students must attend the audition camp at the ARBOR VIEW HIGH SCHOOL BAND ROOM Wednesday, May 28^th and Thursday, May 29 from 3:00pm-5:00pm. If you purchased a yearbook, the Yearbook signing party will be held after school, 2:30 – 3:15pm Tuesday, May 27^th for the 8^th grade students only and Wednesday, May 28^th for 6^th & 7^th grade students. We are no longer taking orders on line or in the office, but we do have a few to sell at the door for $35 cash only, so if you haven’t purchased one yet,  it’s 1^st come, 1^st served.

As of Friday, May 16th all Escobedo library books are due. The last day to check out a book is Wednesday, May 14th.

Starting on Friday, May 16th all Escobedo students need to have their own SSR book on them at all times.

Students:   If you’d like to purchase a ticket for the Annie production, this Wednesday and Thursday, show times are 6pm & 7:30 pm each night, tickets are $3.00 for students.  Please see Dr. Peters in room 220.
